Randall Perry is a professional photographer that shoots racing images at various tracks around E. Tennessee and S.E. Virginia. Some of the local tracks he has been known to shoot are: Kingsport Speedway, Volunteer Speedway (The GAP), Tazewell Speedway, I-81 Speedway, and others.
